This one to one session usually takes around an hour and is carried out with the client seated or lying down. Lisa often uses angel/ascended master’s cards to start the session and then she will channel angelic energy through to the client. Once this amazing experience has taken place Lisa will chat through and explore what has occurred explaining any insights that may have taken place.
Through working within this higher vibration and the modality of Angelic Reiki (the first time for some) is often a life changing and life enhancing experience.
Following this very powerful healing session it is important the client :
- Avoids smoking, alcohol and other stimulants.
- Drinks herbal teas and fruit juices as these can aid with toxin release.
- Takes time to relax.
- Drinks a pint of water.
